Jesus Son of Mary:-
This title is found only in the Quran since in Christian terminology he is called
'Son of God'. Muhammad's grasp of the beliefs of the Christians was very superficial at best. Even the name of Jesus in the Quran is based on hindsight, and is an erroneous one at that.
His mother Mary was told that his name would be Yeshoua/Yassou'/Jesus but NEVER Christ/son of God/ son of Miriam which were attributed to him AFTER he was dead.
The Quran completely misunderstands the concept of the TRINITY believing it to mean the godhood of Jesus, Allah and Mary instead of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; a misunderstanding, falsehood and error of astounding proportions considering that it is allegedly the 'word of Allah'.
In all of the Quranic verses, the Arabic name for Mary is rendered Mariam associated - another astounding error- with the sister of Moses and Aaron of 1400 years earlier.
An error that is so blatant, that all the Muhammadan exegetes put together from then to eternity, cannot resolve it in a satisfactory manner, rendering the 'word of Allah' utterly bereft of any credibility or divinity.
These historical, linguistic and theological errors, misunderstandings, utter perversions of beliefs, traditions and fetishes of other peoples, fill the Quran from beginning to end, excluding any possibility, that it was inspired by any divinity identical to that of the God of Israel.
All these anomalies, inconsistencies and misunderstandings can only be explained based on one simple conclusion:

speaking in the name of and through the mouth of ALLAH, the unsuspecting pagan rock god of the Ka'ba.
2: 87 We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of Apostles; We gave Jesus the son of Mary[Miriam] clear (Signs) and strengthened him with the holy spirit. Is it that whenever there comes to you an Apostle with what ye yourselves desire not ye are puffed up with pride? Some ye called impostors and others ye slay!..... 253 Those apostles We endowed with gifts some above others: to one of them Allah spoke; others He raised to degrees (of honor); to Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam]. We gave clear (Signs) and strengthened him with the Holy Spirit. If Allah had so willed succeeding generations would not have fought among each other after clear (Signs) had come to them but they (chose) to wrangle some believing and others rejecting. If Allah had so willed they would not have fought each other; but Allah fulfilleth His plan.
3: 45 Behold! the angels said "O Mary [Miriam]! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam] held in honor in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah.

*** The Quran is again in error, since his name was to be Jesus (Hebrew: Yeshou'a) only.
Christ was the (Latin) title given to him later on, which is the equivalent of the Hebrew (Moshiyah= Messiah) meaning ANOINTED.
The Arabic form (Masih, from Syriac) is only a rendition of the Hebrew since this word did not exist in the Arabic language before the New Testament became known in Arabia in the 4th century CE.
It is interesting to point out, that the Quran which is patriarchal and contrary to Arab tradition, calls Jesus 'son of Mary' instead of son of Joseph.
The verse is also in error, since although it is addressing Miriam herself directly, non the less informed her that his name will be 'son of Miriam', which is grammatically totally redundant. This - as well as other verses to follow - shows Muhammad's complete lack of understanding of the beliefs and traditions of the Christians ***
4: 157 That they said (in boast) "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam] the Apostle of Allah"; but they killed him not nor crucified him but so it was made to appear to them and those who differ therein are full of doubts with no (certain) knowledge but only conjecture to follow for of a surety they killed him not.
*** This is the Quranic version of the non death of Jesus and has no resemblance whatsoever to anything in the New Testament.
According to the later followers of Muhammad, and in desperation to explain away the enormous differences between the Biblical version of events and the similar ones in the Quran, had to come to the utterly asinine and uncorroborated conclusion, that the New Testament and the Torah were deliberately and pre-emptively corrupted by their followers so as to deny Muhammad's position as a prophet.
They of course had to do so to every Bible on every continent in all the languages it was written at the time.
The Quran, it should be pointed out NEVER alleges that these Books were corrupted TEXTUALLY. Nontheless, the Quran - which came about between two thousand to six hundred years after the events that it asserts it has knowledge of - arrogantly declares, that it knows best.
By denying the death of Jesus, at a stroke, the Quran demolishes the whole basis of Christianity; that Jesus died - and was later resurrected - for the sins of mankind.
While this verse precludes the death of Jesus the following verse proclaims his death, thus contradicting it.
4: "159 And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death; and on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness against them"
The other blatant falsehood in the Quranic statement above, is the fact, that not a single Jew even during his lifetime, had proclaimed Jesus as the Christ, since he was not.
Jesus was proclaimed the 'Christ' by others, long lafter his death and not during his lifetime.
Such manifest errors, preclude any possibility that these verses were 'revealed' to Muhammad through the agency of the angel Gabriel or any other messenger of the God of Israel, but would make eminent sense if they were 'revealed' through the rock god of the Ka'ba, Allah, by Muhammad himself***
4: 171 O people of the Book! commit no excesses in your religion: nor say of Allah aught but truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam] was (no more than) an Apostle of Allah and His Word which He bestowed on Mary and a Spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in Allah and His Apostles. Say not "Trinity": desist: it will be better for you: for Allah is One Allah: glory be to him: (for Exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belong all things in the heavens and on earth. And enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs.
*** Repeatedly, the Quran uses the expression 'People of the Book'/Ahl al Kitab, to denote the Jews most of the time; in some others it describes the Christians - as above - and yet again in combination of both ***
5: 17 In blasphemy[kafara] indeed are those that say that Allah is Christ the son of Mary [Miriam]. Say: "Who then hath the least power against Allah if His Will were to destroy Christ the son of Mary his mother and all everyone that is on the earth? For to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between. He createth what He pleaseth. For Allah hath power over all things." …..46 And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary confirming the law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light and confirmation of the law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah…..72 They do blaspheme who say: "Allah is Christ the son of Mary [Miriam]." But said Christ: "O children of Israel! worship Allah my Lord and your Lord." Whoever joins other gods with Allah Allah will forbid him the garden and the Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong-doers be no one to help…..75 Christ the son of Mary was no more than an Apostle; many were the Apostles that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how Allah doth makes His Signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth!..... 78 Curses were pronounced on those among the Children of Israel who rejected faith by the tongue of David and of Jesus the son of Mary: because they disobeyed and persisted in excesses…..110 Then will Allah say: "O Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam].! recount my favor to thee and to thy mother. Behold! I strengthened thee with the holy spirit so that thou didst speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. Behold! I taught thee the Book and Wisdom the Law and the Gospel. And behold! thou makest out of clay as it were the figure of a bird by My leave and thou breathest into it and it becometh a bird by My leave and thou healest those born blind and the lepers by My leave. And behold! thou bringest forth the dead by My leave. And behold! I did restrain the Children of Israel from (violence to) thee when thou didst show them the Clear Signs and the unbelievers among them said: `This is nothing but evident magic'….112 Behold! the disciples said: "O Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam].! can thy Lord send down to us a table set (with viands) from heaven?" Said Jesus: "Fear Allah if ye have faith." …..114 Said Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam].: "O Allah our Lord! send us from heaven a table set (with viands) that there may be for us for the first and the last of us a solemn festival and a sign from Thee; and provide for our sustenance for Thou art the best Sustainer (of our needs). ……..116 And behold! Allah will say "O Jesus the son of Mary! didst thou say unto men `worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah"? He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing Thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart though I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.
9: 31 They take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah and (they take as their Lord) Christ the son of Mary [Miriam].; Yet they were commanded to worship but one Allah: there is no god but He. Praise and glory to him: (far is He) from having the parents they associate (with him).
19: 34 Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam].: (it is) a statement of truth about which they (vainly) dispute.
33: 7 And remember We took from the Prophets their Covenant as (We did) from thee: from Noah Abraham Moses and Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam].: We took from them a solemn Covenant:
57: 27 Then in their wake We followed them up with (others of) Our apostles: We sent after them Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam]. and bestowed on him the Gospel; and We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him Compassion and Mercy. But the monasticism which they invented for themselves We did not prescribe for them: (We commanded) only the seeking for the Good pleasure of Allah; but that they did not foster as they should have done. Yet We bestowed on those among them who believed their (due) reward but many of them are rebellious transgressors.
61: 6 And remember Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam]. said: "O Children of Israel! I am the apostle of Allah (sent) to you confirming the Law (which came) before me and giving glad Tidings of an Apostle to come after me whose name shall be Ahmad." But when he came to them with Clear Signs they said "This is evident sorcery!"…. 14 O ye who believe! be ye helpers of Allah: as said Jesus the son of Mary [Miriam]. to the Disciples "Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah?" Said the Disciples "We are Allah's helpers!" Then a portion of the Children of Israel believed and a portion disbelieved: but We gave power to those who believed against their enemies and they became the ones that prevailed.
*** No where in the whole Bible can any human being point out the name AHMAD.
This deception can be successful only when applied to the ignorant followers of Muhammad but in no way to those who read and understand the Bible ***
